AI Features Policy

Off by default

AI detection is off. It is enabled per project in Settings, and the first time you use it for a project you are asked to confirm. You can withdraw that confirmation at any time.

What is sent and to whom

When you press "Ask Claude", images cut from the selected page, and its sheet label, are sent to Anthropic through its API. Nothing else from the project is sent. Each send is recorded in your audit log without the image.

icAtlas does not use your drawings to train models.

Your responsibility

Only turn it on for drawings you may share with a third party. Some customers or owners forbid this. Leave it off for those projects.

Accuracy

AI results are suggestions and can be wrong. Every detected item is marked unverified until you confirm it, and you must check them before relying on any number.
