Copyright and Takedown Policy

Our approach

Customers upload drawings to private projects. We do not publish them, but if you believe a file stored with us infringes your copyright you can tell us.

We review notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. section 512), may disable access to material while we do, tell the customer, and apply a repeat-infringer policy: accounts with repeated valid notices may be ended. What a notice must contain

Identify the copyrighted work. Identify the material and where it is (a project name, customer or description we can find). Give your contact details. State that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized. State, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Sign it. You can use the form on this page.

Counter-notice

If your material was disabled and you believe that was a mistake, write to us at [Contact email] with the details. We will explain what is needed and follow the process counsel approves.
